All equipment rented through Frank's Event Rentals LLC remains the sole property of Frank's Event Rentals LLC at all times. The customer does not acquire any ownership rights to the equipment.
The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time of delivery until the time of pickup. This includes but is not limited to damage, loss, theft, or destruction of equipment regardless of cause.
Equipment returned damaged, broken, or unusable will be charged at the following replacement rates:
• 6 Foot Folding Table: $50.00 per unit
• White Plastic Folding Chair: $22.00 per unit
Frank's Event Rentals LLC reserves the right to assess additional fees for damage not covered above.
Equipment that is lost or stolen while in the customer's possession will be charged at full replacement cost as listed in Section 3.
All equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered — clean, dry, and free of damage. Frank's Event Rentals LLC reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee for equipment returned in unsatisfactory condition.
Payment is due in full upon delivery. Accepted payment methods include Zelle. Frank's Event Rentals LLC reserves the right to refuse delivery if payment cannot be confirmed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of Frank's Event Rentals LLC.
The customer agrees to be present or have an authorized adult (18+) present at the delivery address during the agreed delivery and pickup window. Frank's Event Rentals LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customer unavailability.
Frank's Event Rentals LLC is not liable for any injury, accident, or damages arising from the use or misuse of rented equipment by the customer or any third party.
